Our Difference is What Makes All The Difference

We have seen far too much pain and heartbreak from addiction. But, we have also seen truly miraculous recoveries in even the most hopeless cases and we want to share that with all who need help. We are here to offer people seeking addiction recovery a revolutionary and personalized approach. We are here to bring hope to the hopeless. We are here to bring direction to the lives of those who feel they are lost. We are here to bring peace to those who are in turmoil. We are here to help those who have taken so much from themselves. We are here to help you and your loved ones close one dark chapter of life and begin a new one full of hope and promise.

Drug & Alcohol Addiction tears families apart and leaves painful emotional wounds. Feelings of pain, anger, deceit, helplessness and hopelessness eventually consume not only the addict or alcoholic but also the people closest to them who love them the most. At some point, the negative effects of addiction touch the lives of every relationship in the addicted person’s life.

We believe in healing the family as well as the substance abuser. We are here to help all of those who are in emotional pain because of addiction. We are the light at the end of the tunnel and strive to provide hope and comfort. The nightmare can end and you can free yourself from the bondage of addiction and get your life back.

Our organization is here to provide help for adults including their families and significant others as well. A “Culture of Caring” is at the heart and soul of the 449 Recovery Center. It is rooted in an ethical standard in treatment that was once practiced and should be practiced again for those recovering from substance abuse.

Our “Culture of Caring” concept recognizes the strengths of those in need and also respects their dignity. We seek to heal not only the disease, but also the injury caused by bias, prejudice and indifference.

We have developed a plan that we refer to as “The 449 Plan.” This plan is the cornerstone of what we do and how we do it. In short, we based our plan on the “Culture of Caring” concept that has established our center. It is summarized by the following vision statement which has guided the Board of Directors to establish this substance abuse treatment center. ” ‘We will open our eyes to see those that are discarded, open our hearts to feel the pain some want to hide and reach out our arms to let them know that they are not alone. In doing this we hope to change a life, one choice and one day at a time, and in the process, heal ourselves.'” This statement also outlines the plan itself. The statement is broken into 7 parts. Likewise, the “449 Plan” is broken into 7 parts as well. We believe that 7 achievements of therapeutic recovery combined with 12-step recovery leads to real recovery.
